Dauntless Futures aims to cultivate diverse interdisciplinary leadership and support cross-cultural knowledge exchange within disaster, climate risk management, and STEM fields. 

The programmes will support early career professionals. 

The Dauntless Futures programme will initially focus on strategic slants towards young women in STEM and from global south contexts. This is currently being scoped, and Dauntless Group would encourage any women in STEM from the global south to reach out to support its design if they are interested.
